• Evaluate physical condition
• Create a personalized training plan, taking into consideration preferences, injuries, special needs, etc.

ATTENTION: private lessons are not an equivalence of swimming levels!

If you want to incorporate your child in the swimming lessons, you should speak with his/her water safety instructor.

We reserve the right to cancel registrations of any special need participant that registers in regular private lesson.

Paraswimming 

Duration 55 minutes

This activity is for adults aged 18 and over with physical disabilities who want to improve their aquatic skills. Offered in small groups, the program provides personalized coaching focused on technical improvement, endurance, comfort in the water, and maintaining good physical condition, in an inclusive and stimulating environment.
